Resilience is measured by our psychological flexibility during hardship; the capacity for individuals to fluidly respond to challenges. Learning to Bend not Break.

Adversity is inevitable in life. Trauma, family struggles, relationship difficulties, mental illness, stress, or life’s day-to-day speed bumps are part of the human experience. Some of these challenges can be too overwhelming; negatively impacting quality of life, productivity, relationships, mood and thoughts.

Therapy can be useful with cultivating resilience, flexibility and adaptability. Thus, the ability to adjust to accommodate a new endeavor and grow from it.
